Artist Bio
Sage Serrano is a San Diego native who received her BA in Visual Arts studio with honors from UCSD, and is currently an MFA candidate at the SDSU School of Art + Design. Predominantly drawing base, she explores the act of drawing as a way to manipulate materials, exploring concepts of identity, sustainability, impermanence, and imperfection. For her drawing has always been a meditative process that allows her to see, recollect, and understand the world.
