Artist Bio
Alexander Kohnke was born in Germany, lived in Belgium and Switzerland before moving to Los Angeles in 1994 and San Diego in 2014. He holds a BFA from Art Center College of Design, Pasadena. His work has been shown in San Diego and L.A.. Alexander works in a wide variety of media including printmaking, drawing, video and photography. He is interested in language, stuttering and the battle between order and chaos.
